Epachois Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Epachois. We take great pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Below is our policy regarding returns, designed to make the process as straightforward and fair as possible.
Condition for Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if the item does not meet your expectations or if you’ve changed your mind. We would like to clarify the following situation:
1. In the case of product quality issues, including damage during transportation, we will bear all expenses incurred during the return and exchange of goods.
2. If your order is returned due to the delivery company’s inability to contact you during delivery, or if you choose to reject the delivery, resulting in logistics cost losses, you may need to bear the expenses. This is because Epachois products require large-scale delivery, and the logistics cost is high. We hope you make careful decisions when choosing Epachois products, and also we will carefully handle your order.
3. If product damage occurs due to incorrect operation while using Epachois products, we will do our best to provide product accessories to restore the functionality of your product. During this process, there may be some costs incurred.

The Epachois team will make every effort to provide you with the highest quality and reliable service. We know this is a difficult decision, but we hope to gain your understanding and support.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied.
Return Process:
Initiate Your Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at service@epachois.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address.
Packing and Shipping: Securely pack the item(s) and send them back to the address provided. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product issue.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Customer Remorse: If the return is due to customer remorse, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed, excluding the original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@epachois.com with a description of the problem and photos, if possible. We will arrange for a free return and exchange or refund.
